Megauo , I just started a new thread specifically for recipes here (http://www.rx8club.com/showthread.php?s=&postid=223779#post223779). Great idea; thanks! Let's find out what other RX-8 owners eat when they really want to pig out.

Just stick your head out the window and sniff. If your nose don't freeze off you can follow the yummy aroma...

yum! You gotta post the recipes. We should find a hungarian/english translation to help you out. All this talk of food is making me hungary.

This page (http://www.foreignword.com/) may help. For instance, I found out saute = hirtelen kisüt. I think your English is good, you just need help with some vocabulary.

hungary .. LOL

This is a simple recipe really.

You need the salmon skinned and cut to bigger slabs.
Heat up a few ounces of olive oil and roast the pieces. The oil must be very hot and just a few pieces put in it at once to avoid the oil colling down to much and get it really crispy and in one piece.

I served it with a simple italian salad:

olive, virgine
mozzarella (sliced)
tomato (sliced)

I know this salad has a name but can't remember.

This a kind of a ponge-cake with cocoa so its rather soft than crispy.
Filled with banana and lots of real hand made banana flawored whipped cream.

Got to go and check the fridge :)
