anyone know if these guages will mount anywhere in the car besides where the navigation unit is?

If your car has the Nav system you may want to wait until someone is able to hack into it. A while ago someone found a picture that showed the Nav screen displaying the Mazdaspeed logo and a couple of gauges.

I think that gives you the best of both worlds. The car keeps its clean looking interior and when needed you can view the extra gauges just by pushing a button.

really? that would be awesome, is it a hack that currently exists or something you will have to purchase and load in the dvd player?

Somewhat off topic, but on the LED display below the gauges it says "CH1 A." Anyone know what the "A" means?

Yes... you have 2 seperate FM preset choice... Thats FM1
