Search the forum, I was just talking to someone that had one for sale for 9k about 3 weeks ago. I think it was in OH though.

I've seen some priced around there that were worth buying. One was on this board and I planned to buy it but couldn't get there before someone else did. They are out there, you just have to sift through the overpriced stuff and be patient. And be willing/able to travel.
