Added pic of center caps: left one is uncleaned, right one is cleaned up with dish soap and a toothbrush.

I think wheel cleaner would clean it up a little more, but I'm all out. Used the last of it cleaning up the rims. I was gentle with the center cap so as not to scratch it.
