does anybody have good contact info for them , i have called and emailed and no response for days....close to a week. i need a few pieces of their turbo kit but it seems like they don't want to sell anything and from what im getting i dnt know if i want to deal with them from the non responsiveness

 

What you have to understand is that Chris is a very busy man. He has a relatively small team and a lot of work for customers, not to mention product development amongst other things. Best idea might be to send him a PM through these forums. I'm sure he will get back to you as soon as he has time.
