to be honest...i dont know how to post pics but i just put like 2 pics in my album, but my future mods not sure yet thinking of the ms body kit, with a cf hood so far.... Nothing too crazy right now as im kinda broke lol. Also im interested in an aggresive stance rims and lowering it SLAMMED! not yet though lol...one day

Gay I didn't hear one performance mod in there! (springs kinda count) Go exhaust, intake, springs, sways, cobb accessport, midpipe, are all real popular with the 8...Car looks good though

If I go turbo I'm swapping the 13b-tt motor from the fd then single turbo conversion...if not that then an ls1 swap...I still have a few years to pay this thing off so working on other things before that stuff happens

umm... congrats on the car.... I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Just be sure to check the oil level's every other fillup... always keep acouple of bottles of 5w-20 in the trunk for the occations it gets low... winter care... let the car warm up before turning it off... if you don't you'll run the risk of flooding it (search it).... which ain't fun.

don't slam it to the ground... you'll just mess up the handling. Get it through the winter... come out to the one the track day's that we host... learn how the car handles... see what some of us have done and go from there... then you can proceed to tweek as required.

im down for that too^ im another young rx8 owner lol im 21:) and really do follow the steps above they are the 3 main rules in order to owning an RX vehicle lol

I have the MS front on my 8...worth all the $$$ I paid for it. Let me when your ready to lower your 8.... I'll be getting rid of my set of H&R springs next year...its way too low for my likings... Its about a 2+ drop.

Even stock height is a bit 'low' IMO, especially with the amount of ice that was on the roads yesterday! My front bumper kept hitting the ice that was sticking up from the ground on the smaller streets and parking lots! they're everywhere, totally unavoidable, good thing i don't have a MS bumper or something or I'd be crying. :(

on a side note, my friend got a MS bumper on his 7 installed last month, and the second day driving it, he rammed it into one of those trailor hitches on the back of a path finder while trying to parallel park, it didn't completely trash his bumper, but it did dent and crack the bumper.

buying used didnt occur to you? I got my dunlop graspic winter tires on steel rims for 300 bucks, they were used 1 season and still in near new condition. I will never understand why people pay so much for tires.

well the main reason i went for new was cause i have TPMS, and the car bongs at startup when it doesn't detect them also the warning light comes on. I know not a huge deal but i didnt really want that so yeah went to mazda got my self the set they had some promotion on 17" RIMS and winter tire setfor 1600 so got that.
