In medical school we had a radiologist give a presentation called the "Rectal Horror Picture Show" with similar, and some even better photos.

I once had a "woman" patient who had a rectal FB, walked in kind of funny of course. In private "she" related she was actually a man dressed as a woman.

I once "delivered" half a cucumber from a woman (a real woman this time), but not rectally. And no it wasn't Elara. :D
