Any idea what would cause this? Had to replaced the battery and the terminal due to a ton of corrosion and the battery being dead. I got it all put on and now the check engine, tcs and dsc lights all are on. Car sounds like its running fine, havent driven it just let it run for a bit

You need to reset the steering angle indicator.
