View Full Version : FS: NEW slotted front and rear rotors
McVicker 10-07-2009, 01:30 PM I know I don't have many posts here, but I am Scrub from the Rx7club (with plenty of posts there :) ). I have a set of new RX-8 Centric rotors for all four corners. I'd like to get $210 shipped for them. If someone local wants to pick them up I'll knock a few bucks off.
Payment can be sent to dmcvicker83@gmail.com

MazdaManiac 10-07-2009, 03:16 PM Are these for the sport suspension?
rx8bb6evo8 10-07-2009, 04:26 PM by looking at it looks all the same size though....

McVicker 10-08-2009, 06:33 PM damn i wish they were drilled too :(
free bump.
Why? There is no huge benefit from drilled rotors.
Looks like two are 12 and 3/4 inches and the other two are about 11 and 7/8ths.
nvrfalter 10-08-2009, 07:07 PM ok i already asked mcvicker this but neither of us really have an absolute answer
do we think that the darkness of them is just a temporary coating or will they stay like that?
lxlxlxl_saki_lxlxlxl 10-08-2009, 07:27 PM pm'ed
J8635621 10-08-2009, 11:43 PM Pretty sure the pads rub the coating off the rotor surface, but the hub/outer part of the rotor stay coated obviously.
McVicker 10-09-2009, 01:54 AM Since they're different sizes I'm assuming they're for the sport suspension model and I believe manual trans.

pdxhak 10-11-2009, 08:07 AM Is there a part number on the boxes?
heyarnold69 10-11-2009, 09:04 AM Can Anyone tell me if these will fit an 04 gt?
McVicker 10-13-2009, 01:47 AM Correct I am located in Delaware....
Yes there are part numbers on the boxes....sorry for the delay, I've been busy.
Centric Ctek 121.45072 and 121.45071

Sorry, I'm not well versed in Rx-8 brakes so I can't really say exactly what they'll work with.
McVicker 10-22-2009, 05:58 PM tooo the toppppp
416to212 10-23-2009, 12:16 PM I'm still confused as to the manufacturer of these rotors. The part numbers work with the RX-8 but the way they are plated and slotted doesn't match up with Centric Ctek stuff I've seen.
pdxhak 10-23-2009, 01:40 PM Part numbers 121.45072 and 121.45071 are for the Standard C-TEK rotors. They are for the sport suspension.
McVicker, Contact Centric and ask them if these are there rotors because the part numbers on the boxes are not correct.
kersh4w 10-23-2009, 04:52 PM the measurements he gave point are for the sport suspension.
