You get an engine, an OEM flywheel, water pump, some gaskets, oil & antifreeze. Unless you ask ( and pay) they will even reuse your spark plugs.

Your 2nd engine having problems??

When mine was installed I did some extras that are easy to do with the engine removed.

I still had the original 'slow' starter, I had the newer one installed.
New belts and radiator hoses.
Mazmart Water pump instead of OEM
Depending on mileage get a new clutch & lighter flywheel
Supplied the plugs, oil filter, oil, antifreeze and distilled water
New engine mounts

You might get some smoke at start up, its pretty normal, cuz natually your engine will have water overnight (air has water in them, remember that)

but if its constantly getting smoke. you might have a coolant seal problem.
