i think black would look good... on any color, however now there is no reflection of any kind just a bulb sitting there. I dont know if I like the idea of that.

Unfortunately, we do not have pictures on the other color models, but would be happy to post pictures of your vehicles. :-)

yes, the bulb catches the eye... so just get a white LED from them. They look about a hundred times better anyway.

I personally think these look much better than before. the unpainted that is.

Hmmm, I like the idea and it looks pretty good in the first picture but the second picture actually looks more like the housing/lense was broke off of the car and all that is left is the bulb sticking out lol.

Will have to see these installed on other colors to really make much of a judgment on them though! One thing is for sure, it's great to see you are releasing more and more products for us to pick and chose from. You've got something in the clear-corner market for pretty much everyone to be able to find something they prefer.

I think most leds would look cheezy since you can see them so I went with chrome bulbs

I have a VR. I like the idea of the black housing because I'll be having my tails spray tinted one of these days. I just don't know if I like the bulb jumping out at you like that.

Someone should post pics of the red on VR if they have them on. I've been looking for this option for a while and never liked normal clears on VR.

I would like this with the frosted clear.
I have frosted one's with black plastic housing. I would way rather the VR painted housing.
Not too sure 'bout the clear, I think it would look best with chromed bulb, but I haven't seen the led/clear combo.

I just got a set of these as the first mod for the wife's 8. Sunlight Silver, the markers are a pretty close match.

i ordered a set of velocity red ones and a set of led bulbs for the sidemarkers. putting them in early next week, once i get her cleaned up and put together ill take some pics and post up here.

I did also purchase the LED flashers, so that isnt the stock bulb. Also, i bought a small bottle of red touch-up paint to paint the LED bulb housing red, because it stood out bad with all the red-ness around it.

As a whole, i very much like the way it looks, the red is definitely a very close match. 100% satisfied with the product!

Note: In fairness my front bumper is a crappy replica and exerts an above average amount of pressure on these. However both the orange ones and OEM clear ones had no problem taking that, and they aren't sealed with a tiny line of silicone either.

Mine have been on the car 6 mths and 1 is full of water/condensation any idea how to rectify>?

I bought some about 4-6 months ago, and just last week i saw one had water in it. I thought it was cracked but it was the sealing. I reseal them myself and now no problem. I dont know if can recommend anything from them again sadly.

Well, nothing lasts forever sadly.. But I must say, my new side markers look amazing! Compared to the OEM orange ones.. The better look it adds is worth the resealing if necessary.

Does anyone know if you can replace the bulb for the sidemarker on the 2010 RX8, of do you need to replace the entire housing...I was able to get the housing off but it looks like it is all glued together not allowing me to replace the bulb...I want to install leds...if only the housing is replaceable then where can I get the housing with leds already installed????

These things leaked since the first day i got them, i put up with it cuz i figured id just reseal them later. Go to reseal them only to find that both of the lenses were cracked and 'reglued' before i even got them. As i was takin the clear cover off one it just cracked in half completely without any force. Everything light related ive bought from them is junk, bulbs etc.. unfortunatly i cant find the clear black sides anywhere else so ill be forced to buy from them yet again.. just gona get the unassembled ones this time i guess...
