i came across their banner on this site. anybody used them for tires?

i love discount tire, but they're about 30 bucks more PER tire. i know dt has an ebay shop that's a bit cheaper - but do you get the same free service at the shop nearest you??

treaddepot claims to have flat reimbursement, free rotation, insurance on each tire, blah blah but i don't know who their affiliate shops are that actually service the tires are though. that could be a hassle if it's like those damn atm fees where you have to send them a receipt and wait to get reimbursed.

so anyone used them that can give me feedback?

oh snap, i just half-checked out and realized they charge for shipping. still a bit cheaper, but definitely negates some benefit there...
