The Mazda web site doesn't really have a good picture of the appearance package and exactly how it differs from stock (descriptions only help so much.)

Take a look at the Mazda accessories booklet for the RX-8. There are really great shots of the package in there. The booklet is available in PDF form here (http://accessories.mazdausa.com/commerce/AccessoriesInit?zip=&did=&state=&source=main_acc).

But in these pics, the small mudflap behind the front wheels is not part of the appearence package. Just the small skirts behind the rear wheels, the small side skirts in front of the rear wheels and the front lip soiler are part of the appearence package.

I'll post pics of mine that has the AP with the pieces highlighted in red. The pieces are behind the rear tire, in front ofthe rear tire and under the nose. (woops, I guess stangmatt66 already said most of that)
