Well due to passing time my car has still randomly died on me as in previous posts. Problem getting more serious my car lost a DRAMATIC amount of power first gear LITERALLY picks up 6000rpm+ and very slowly at that too. I had many people listen to my car as i rev it and sometimes it sounds like its an exhaust leak but apparantly it isnt. My dad and i lifted the car the other day and as i revved it the rattling sound is VERY clear ar 3000rpm after 5rpm it sounds perfect, but the rattling noise is coming from my Oil Chamber/Pan. Im guessing my Bearings?? Anyways i bought the car on July the 13th 2009 and i was only given one month warranty. I recently called mazda and they redirected me to the closest mazda shop to me and they said i need a whole new engine. so this makes matters serious. The dealership said they cannot do anything because we are not on warranty. Were thinking of getting a Lawyer -.-

bought it at 38000 now around 41800, and we havent been told by anyone about it having its own warranty probably due to the fact we bought it used

 

8 year 100k mile warranty on EVERY rotary tell em your calling a lawyer he will sh*t in his pants and take care of you

 

damn hopefully they dont f me over for having it used lol

 

ahh i just read about it but as i said i need a Whole new engine and that isnt covered by the warranty only specific parts

 

Dude the WHOLE engine is covered under warranty. Go back and tell them you will sue their asses if they try and sucker you!
