As the website and customer reports show, this is a high quality product. The reason I am selling it though is because the combination of my aftermarket exhaust and the intake has made my car louder than I want it to be. Not loud while cruising or at idle, but louder than I want when I'm on the gas. I've decided to keep the exhaust because I love my 4inch tips, plus the intake is a lot easier to un-install.
Installing the intake is easy and only takes about 20 minutes when you've done it a few times. Putting the stock airbox back in is also a painless job. With the airbox back in, there is no evidence that the intake was ever in there.
Even though the intake itself only costs US$260, the cost of importing it from the states was significant (postage and customs taxes), so the intake actually cost me $580. If anyone is interested, please PM me (preferably) or reply below. I am happy to ship it anywhere in Australia. Postage is included in my price.
(BTW, I know there is a for sale section on the forum already, but it's full of U.S. stuff and hence I'm posting here because I doubt any Aussie members would ever go there).
