I orderd BHR's coils almost right when they first came out, but due to many annoying reasons never had them permanently installed on the car(new engine, and dealer being a tard).
Not to long ago I had a breakin to my car where they stole my audio, tire repair kit and my 20$ toolkit. Annoyingly the spacers for the coils was in the toolkit that got stolen, Charles went out of his way to ship me a new set.
Charles has also helped me many times trouble shoot issues from a rough idle to just bouncing probably retarded questions.
a few day ago, again charles came to the help during my reinstall of the coils, I seemed to have messed up the crimp on the wire going to the yukon coil. Charles went out of his way to ship me a new set of wires so i could swap out.
I am not a fanboy who just blindly yells this guy kicks ass, but BHR has provided me great service along with their products, helping me along with any issue I run into. The coils were perfect and carefuly shipped , the instructions were extremely simple and detailed ( if it wasnt simple enough ^_^) .
