I will scuff the logo then paint it using Rust-Oleum Paint For Plastic spraypaint. After spraying, it will be refrigerated for a few hours then left out to sit.

What does the refridgerating accomplish? I've never had luck with Rustoleum plastic paint, it never seems to dry. Months later, the paint is still tacky and can be scraped off with your fingernail.
