Easy_E1 08-31-2009, 02:51 AM Read the owners manual. Then read all the Sticky's at the top of the different Forum sections.
Then come and ask al the questions you want. We'll be more than happy to answer them. Congratulations by the way. :)

RyansRx8 08-31-2009, 03:33 AM Love the white, I have black but white is one of the really nice colors on the 8...all you need is tinted windows and black wheels and it'll look great
Welcome. Follow the maintenance schedule religiously. Was there any service records from the previous own? since it has over 30xxxx miles I would change the spark plugs if it hasn't already been done. Change the oil every 3k too.
rodjonathan 08-31-2009, 10:11 AM welcome bro remember to redline and check her oil ... you plan any mods?

04RX8man 08-31-2009, 07:21 PM welcome to the addiction....research PREMIX..and read the stickies
dlum125 08-31-2009, 07:37 PM so i was reading a sticky for the new owners and it said something about updating the computer in the engine or something like that for the 05. i dont really understand that. anyone know what this is talking about?
Spinning Sushi 08-31-2009, 07:39 PM There are recalls for your PCM, basically, they reflash it to a newer version which increases the OMP flow and lean out the gasoline along with many other stuff, this will help your engine last longer. The best way to see if it's updated is to either call MNAO and give them your vin number or go to a dealership and find out.
dlum125 08-31-2009, 08:06 PM how about this premix stuff. i read alot about it but i dont really know what to do with it and does anyone recommend any specific brands? i know this a rather newbish question >.<

cornholio135 12-17-2009, 07:42 PM Welcome and congrats... redline once a day...never shutoff cold...check the oil every other fillup... I would change the plugs and clean the MAF and throttle body...with your mileage for sure call a dealership and check that the recalls/updates are current...
Enjoy the ride

I don't want to steal your thread but I bought mine today too! Red 05 6spd. The entire way to pick it up and back I was looking for other 8's but I didn't see one and I was kind of sad. :/
