I don't know if many of you remember the days of the RX-Evolv, but it looks like mazda had a near finalized version of a color combo even before they called it the RX-8.

The paint is closer to a light purple, but it reminds me of Silver and they already have the tan seat colors. I found these pics while looking for suff on the 8.
I remember a thread a long time ago about how this would have been someones ideal color combo and it looks like there wish came true. I can't remember the persons name, but if they are still on the forum maybe they could reveal themself. Sorry for reminicing, but these pics revive old memories for me. (I kinda wish the 8 still had the mesh seats though).

I wish they keep the back. It looks better than the production.

yeah, that front end definitely needed a redesign.

But I think the rear of the Evolv is a bit nicer. 'Cause I don't like those black parts at the RX-8
