so ive been getting water on my passenger floor anytime i run my a/c the condensor drainage tube seems to be clogged so i took out my radio and all that stuff to try and access the condensor well it seems i have to take the entire dash out to access it anyone else have this issue before that could give me advice or anyone have an idea on how to fix this cause the only other idea is since it drains above the transmission i would have to drop the tranny out

Ugh! Can't help, but subscribing just to see what others come up with. I'm not sure where the drainage tube actually comes out, but can you possibly blow air back up the other way?
Guess if you've gone as far as you have, it's best to keep going and attack it from the direction you are and get it cleaned out...............not sure how you are gonna do that though! Good Luck! :fingersx: oh....and shows what I know, I thought you could get to it by simply removing the glovebox?

no it hasnt rained and i know its the condensor drain cause it never drains and once it fills up id drains down to the blower motor and it sounds like a boat propellor right before it drains on the passengers feet haha

Can you run a piece of wire up the other way(carefully) and maybe break up the obstruction?
Hey, maybe make a shop vac attachment and see if you can get it oout that way? Just thinking out loud.

the miata I just got does this. its only happened like once on a hot day when i ran the ac with the top down for like 2-3 hours lol. So the problem stems from a broken A/C condensor hose? For me it comes out from the far right, bottom side, right of the glove box.
