i never really use my cup holders in the front cause im used to having my ipod there 24/7 and also i like it closed to lay my arm so instead of leaving my ipod to get hot and be dangling around all the time i wanted something for it to lay in. i had some extra wood from a sub box i made a friend so i used that and here is the finished product it is able to hold my 80gb ipod with a case nice a snug and an ipod touch pretty well i didnt do a slot for headphone for the touch since i dont use it much other then my classic i wrapped it with leather since i didnt have a suede or something softer so it wont scratch my devices since i have found out it holds my dare perfectly also

of course i made it so i can take it out cause there is the time everyone is in my car and all my cup holders are needed i am thinking of selling it maybe so this is like a feeler type thing also since i think it came out pretty well for a first type deal any ideas to better it would be great too




im asking for 55 shipped anyone willing to buy pm me with any thoughts it seems people are more interested with the dock plug closest to the front so thats how they will be made from now on and with black leather and yes the cover does stay sliding nicely

takes up the cup holder but if you still want it comes right off i made it so that my ipod didnt hang side ways all the time in there so it was flat it just sits right on top of the original no mods needed just drop it in thats why i love wanted to do it and jsut in case i can still use my cup holder the rare time i ever do
