So today i got out of work at about 9pm. i hoppppped in my beutiful rx8 and pulled up to the lights. some guy in a really nice nissan 350z pulled passed me pumping his hand in the air up and down. i put my hand out and waved him on. it made me realise, that if you love your car thats all that counts, and its great a owner of another car was digging another import. the bottom line is lets not fight about which cars are better. but just rejoice in the fun they bring us...

this happens all the time, you should of seen me, atilla and the reverend rolling togther, some dude in his VW van thought we were rolling like the american flag red, white (silver) and blue...there was another time some older dude in a nismo z pulled up and complimented how sexy my car was...

 

WERD, I love all the looks I get in this car. Hell I even had a guy in a new M3 compliment my car the other night. I love going on a cruise with a bunch of other 8's and see everyone point and stare, just ogling our cars. It's simply awesome.

I get looks from old dudes in Porsches all the time. Hahha nothing wrong with Porsches... they are a dime a dozen around where I live, and they see my 8 and do a double take, it makes me laugh.

 

^ i get that here too they always look at it like damn ...

Def get alot of looks here...especially when it's freshly washed....I about blind ppl with the LY!..

yeaah, i was getting my car's alignment done and a dude waiting in the shop was amazed when the car was jacked up because of how beautiful it was underneath as was the entire body of the car.

he kept raving on about how well the car looked underneath and how well built it was.
he even said how he'd love to get his car to handle as much as well as mine.

but then again, there are always the hater's that think our cars are "slow"

 

^I tend to find more ppl that talk **** about rotaries in general than how good the 8 looks...but i'm surrounded my muscle car guys so you tend to get that.....

I just tell em.."real motors have rotors" LMAO

 

Ive never had any problems with other cars , imo every car has its pros and cons , guess I'm a CAR enthusiast not a Fan boy >_>.

 

yeah some dude gave me a comp, whish i could do say the same thing about his 2door smart car!

 

I ended up driving behind a GTR the other day. I don't think anyone even looked in my direction

 

 

Lol was this when you are at Joel's? He was impressed with the suspension of the 8 when I was there too.
