mysql101 08-10-2009, 08:57 PM I recommend A-1 for 2004-2006. After that I move up to Thousand Island Dressing for 2007-2009.
Can someone shoot me now!?

Since the 2004 is getting on in years I recommend a light monounsaturated oil, with high amounts of Omega fatty acids.

Instead of buying theirs and paying waaaay to much, you can just buy a great synthetic oil sold here in a 10w40 or 15w40 and get the same benefits.
cidvicious831 08-11-2009, 09:23 AM so the only diff is the thickness? between the jap and the us version?
NoRotorNoMotor 08-11-2009, 11:13 AM I Use Castrol Syntec Blend.
And I recomend supporting Castrol as they are a Major sponsor of the RX8 in racing.
