I recommend A-1 for 2004-2006. After that I move up to Thousand Island Dressing for 2007-2009.

How many threads have you started that can be answered by searching?

Well... Here's an answer that I have come up with after searching. It is WD-40.

what do you think about royal purple?

Since the 2004 is getting on in years I recommend a light monounsaturated oil, with high amounts of Omega fatty acids.

Instead of buying theirs and paying waaaay to much, you can just buy a great synthetic oil sold here in a 10w40 or 15w40 and get the same benefits.

I Use Castrol Syntec Blend.
And I recomend supporting Castrol as they are a Major sponsor of the RX8 in racing.
