the price would depend on the condition of the knob.

The ones I have seen at 7stock are draw of luck, you might find one in good condition once in a while but some of the used knobs have a lot of scratches or chrome part start to peel or chip or wear on the leather...etc.

I have one, the paint is a little worn in the front but otherwise it's perfect. Like $35 shipped? Can take a pic tonight if you need. Let me know.
