So im getting real tired of the local Rice burner crew around town wanting to always race me... Anybody else have this problem with honda civics that they put a muffler on it and think they are sweet?

 

yea and integras that look like theyll fall apart if they hit the gas too hard ....

 

What do you do about these guys? They all want to street race ...

 

Yeah, learn to ignored them and laugh it off. It's not only the honda crowd either.

yea juss ignore em ... theyre classless ... my cars not fast but its a **** load sexier than those crap mobiles ..

heres a list juss for the heck of it:
integras slammed to the floor with camber that looks like the suspension is broken
civics of all years makes and models with a coke can at the back constantly farting
older accords with black rims and body kits that are about to blow away with the wind
350z's i see this alot idk if theyre tryin too prove sth or its coz they have issues but its annoying ... i know im slower they prolly know it too but try to race to make up for the hideous looking thing theyre driving
celicas that arent painted and have 2 ton chrome rims
tcs that are stock with hids and an exhaust and think theyre the ****
preludes with HUGE spoilers

plz add to the list itll be interesting to see ...

I ignore them and their ugly rice rockets. What is sad is that half of them look like they were put together with Elmer's glue and Mattel toy rejects.

 

I remember the days only civics and integras are riced up.

Now, I see tons of sports cars riced up.

RX-8s, 350Zs, S2000s... etc.

T'is the fad, I suppose.

 

happened to me yesterday on the interstate as i was rolling by some older accord with a huge can on back. one of the guys in the car did the "count-down" with his hand out the window and when he got to "go" i just stomped the brakes a bit . . . just to give them the illusion that their old accord, fully loaded with four dudes, actually had some acceleration potential. otherwise i just wave.

 

yea some dude on a civic tried to keep up with me last week....no fart can though

I ignore them, unless there's a cop, then I'll rev the engine a lot and feint a start, make them peel-out, and laugh as they get pulled over and I go on my way quietly.

 

You should compare speeds with them

 

Simple! Think of a tickect. Think of insurance increase. Think of your car being impounded.

Now think that the judge made you watch your car being crushed.

Street racing is stupid.

Want to have fun. Tell them to meet you at an auto cross event.

50 to 80 bucks and you will kick ****.

 

My old *** accord would keep up with you, but it doesn't have the original engine.

But I don't race anyone and don't have a racer mentality and I don't like street racers. Screw them.

 

I had a crossfire do a ricer flyby on me on the interstate. He had that engine so wound up that it sounded like there was metal on metal contact coming out of the engine bay. I just ignored him. I hope his car blew up.

Yesterday I had a stupid chick in an RSX try to race me in town with a bunch of traffic. Again, just ignored her.
Also had a cobalt SS rev at me at a stop light. I looked at him and as the light turned green, I made a left turn....lol.

I find it hilarious that my little rx8 is so intimidating to others.

 

had a H do the "ricer flyby" yesterday smelt like *** after he flew by. also sounded like he might have f***ed something up cause the sound was not too good... lmao

Civic hatchbacks that burn so much oil that no matter what color the car is the back of it is black.

And even worse is when I had my motorcycle high school kids always seemed to need to try to race me.

 

lol i get thosse tooo.. a lot of thumbs up. just ignore em or take it to a track. maybe when i was younger but there comes a time when you actually start to think about doing crazy stuff like that anymore. and if i can remember well in my first car we sure did some retarded stuff.. mainly parking lots not much in the streets but it sure was retarded stuff lol someone could have gotten hurt.
