headlight buildup

I have some dense buildup on my driver side headlight, anybody have a clue of what this is or how to get it off

I can get a picture up of it this afternoon if that would help out

All plastic lenses will yellow over time.

The RX8 gets a haze on the inside. Live with that. You can fix the outside.

sorry for so much zoom, but the more toward the inside the worse it gets. The weird part is the passenger light is perfectly fine
