Hello, I am in Minnesota...shipping wouldn't be too bad to Chicago and we can do greyhound if you'd like which is even cheaper....

I have the full spare kit (bar, tire, cover and mounting hardware) and the car is not driven that much so its just sitting there. The rim and tire are in like new condition. The rim has been on the car once since I own it and it just sat in one spot, it wasn't driven (I was having tire work done).
