B/c I've heard that in the U.S Mazda recommends rotary owners to use 5w-20 (this is jus to meet U.S emission laws) but in Europe and rest of the world I've heard that Mazda recommends rotary owners to use 5-30 (idk how far this is true). And I've also heard that 5w-20 is a super thin oil which does lubricate the rotors but they do not protect the rotor seals very well. Read the first Rotary owner's post his name is "Old timer" you will know what I'm talking about. If what this guy says is true I might as well stick with 5w-30 (if Mazda recommends 5w-30 to the rest of the world. Please clarify my question. But some Hungarian dealer suggest 0W-30 Mobile 1. |
