When accelerating, they hit their head on the rotors in the seats.........
Grrrrrrr, that kinda sucks. But maybe I need a sponge cut out in a rotor and place it up there to keep the shorties from bangin' their heads.

hey, I resemble that remark. I'm almost 5'8" and don't rest my head back even when accelerating.

Elara you need to quit huggin the wheel. You know you need to stay atleast 10" away from that airbag or else........
But seriously I'm 5'4" and I hit the very top of the hole and not the plastic rotor itself so...... Hey Hey I resemble that remark too!

Elara,
Is this only when you're driving. My wife pointed out recently that I know when I'm going to floor it and automatically ready myself, while she doesn't have a clue and her head flies back and hits the rotory part.

Nope- when I'm driving I don't even get near the headrest since I don't lean back, but even in the passenger seat I don't hit my head on it. The part of my head that that touches the seat hits just at the top of the rotor shape, but still in the cushy part. But maybe I'm just a defective short person.

:pWish I could but I can only reach the pedals when the seat's almost all the way forward. Better than my husbands car, where I can barely reach ANYTHING when I'm driving it. Don't know what I'm going to do when if I get pregnant! Guess I'll hire a chauffeur.

They make pedal extenders. They saved a coworker's life. She's 4'8" and I was constantly bugging her about the airbag and the fact she sat about 3" from the steering wheel. We finally convinced her to get the extensions (she viewed them as being for "cripples" her words not mine and she was wrong). About a year later, an urban assualt vehicle made an illegal left right in front of her. If she'd been sitting 3" from the wheel, she'd been killed.

Why ruin the look of your seats. Just keep a sponge headband in the glove box for the shortys to wear.
