I purchased a MS front strut tower bar from him. He shipped it the next day. Unfortunately UPS lost it. After contacting him to start a search from his end. He immediately went to UPS that afternoon and we were able to locate and redirect the package. He really went out of his way to stay in touch with me and make sure that I got it.
