NY WTB:under-body engine cover

hay guys I'm not to sure as to exactly what it's called but I'm looking for the plastic engine protector that's under the front of the car, I'm need one that fits an 05 Rx8. Thanx in advance for any help u can provide!!

Its called an undertray, Mazmart stocks them regularly,,, there around $120

I agree with rotr8 mines actually cracked straight down the middle and it rained bad one day while I was driving, that weekend I checked my oil and it was really frothy like cream, so I took it to get changed and he told me I had water in my engine, and it came from the cracked tray. Man I had to get an engine shampood cost me 160 for everything

sounds like someone got dicked.

only way water could POSSIBLY get in the motor is through the air filter, which is gonna get sucked through the bumper grill, not the undertray area.

the undercover is more for airflow aerodynamic/aesthetic purposes and to protect **** from flying up and damaging parts like your radiator and condensor

Yup no way water could get in through there. U just got screwed outta money. Get that undertray replaced though u dont want **** flying up into ur bay.
