Well, my wife and I went to the dealer today and took a closer look at the rx8.

We would need to get the automatic and like the GT Package.

The dealer did not have a GT package with AT in but could locate the color we liked.

We are giving this some further thought......but this a great looking vehicle.:)

what other cars are you looking at?

We have looked briefly at the Honda and Z, but so far the RX comes out on top.

Do you have kids? That helped cinch my decision!

I would explore each vechile throughly. Each has it's quirks (defined as things you didn't know before you bought it that are specific to the vehicle) and development issues. I think for most of us here, the "8" was the way to go. :)

No we don't have any small children at home anymore, a couple of grandchildren though.
