I just sent him the money thru paypal @ AXCHARG@SOCAL.RR.COM price shipped in US$ 281.00 (a little more for us canucks) and I think 30 Cn$ Taxes & Duty/Handling charge. Took about two weeks. Buy it you can't live without it! P.S.
