Hay fellas I'm trying to change my fog lights but I'm kinda confused about the color code eg: 10000, 8000, etc. Basically I want them blue, not purple, but really really blue! I searched a bit but can't find just point me in the rite direction pleez!

If you want a deep deep blue get close to, but not over 10000k. 8000k are like a s sky blue. Over 10000k is getting close to purple.

Of course the yellow-amber is best for its intended purpose, which is penetrating fog. Also make sure New York state is ok with blue foglights (some states are picky about this and all other lighting colors/types on the vehicle).

The bulb code that I prior listed is 'BMW blue', which is nice.
