More details needed...how much is the warranty, how long? Do you have manual or AT? 2nd owner? Maintenance done? Mechanical issues?

Are you worried about the engine? It has an 8 year/100k mile warranty. If you want bumper-to-bumper or powertrain, well, the extended warranty may cost more than you'll ever get out of it, I'd take my chances in your shoes.

i have it. only used it once in 3years. my deductable is 150 . i guess i can say the tow is good but i have 56k and mazda still picks up the bill for the tow.

Save your money, take the chances.

if some stuff fudges up, its an opportunity to learn how to fix it yourself and save :)
