now for some reason it went to 11.15 hp increased.

Looking at the chart and I have a question, does Dynojet dyno "usually" reports lower number? cuz 165 hp seems kinda low for a stock RX-8.

Ya 165hp is low for a stock 8. The rx8 had 26000+ miles so it might of had bad coils I dynoed 167hp with bad coils right around 28000+ miles that's why I say that.
