The warranty should cover, bring it to the dealership!

Plugs could be loose or the wires. Check the wires.

How old is the battery?

Did you disconnect the battery when you serviced?

List year and miles

Sounds like it's a battery problem. How old is the car?

my spark plug wires came loose on the fwy once.
went dead just as i was changing fwy's..
check wires then battery, then tow to dealer.
if it goes to dealer make sure you have it on
a flat bed tow truck...

The sound coming from your engine - is it a knocking sound?? :scared:

if you have a after market intake, check that. If there is no air or not enough air going into the engine..it will turn off

check out the West Coast peeps coming to the rescue!

some great suggestions here.
- Has your car been driving fine prior to this?
- Definitely check your battery cables
- The spark plug cables have been known to come loose.
- If you disconnected the battery cable, could be the all the fuel trims were reset so the car is trying to settle them. (this can lead to a rough idle for a few drive cycles)
- Did you double check the MAF sensor connection?
- How long since you cleaned the MAF?
- Aftermarket intake?

One last suggestion: double check to make sure the coils are going to the appropriate plugs. I know this sounds stupid but sometimes the simplest thing is what causes the issue.

Bao puts up a good point - If the maf is loose or not secured, the motor will shut off. This happened to me once when i replaced my intake box. Scared the shit outta me...

Get a compression check. I have the same issue right now and about 4 error codes. I cant figure it out.

were there any popping sound coming from speakers when the car was dying out?
