Moving down south and wanted to see if theres any kind of following down there. Also, as i am moving from a wider temperature range to a more consistently hot one, Should i change my oil from the 5-20? I have been using non synthetic, any thoughts on switching?
I use premium Gas btw. thanks

If you are around this weekend - please come over to Roebling Road Raceway. I organize a DE -- and we have lots of RX-8s and a couple of RX-7s and Miatas going to be with us.

Saturday is a great time. We have the Boys & Girls Club of Hilton Head show up and we do a family parade for them. You are welcome to line up on the false grid with the other cars - but, please, don't be too upset when you see all the kids run to the Mustangs for a ride....

Oh, and welcome to our little friendly corner of the world...

Most of us georgia guys are running at least 5w-30 in winter and 10w-40 or higher in the summer.

Great - stick Nov 6-7 on your calendar. Most of the RX8s will be back then - though one is a little turncoat - thinking about going to CMP with NASA. We are working on him now... or it that we are working him over now?

You got that backwards ;) 10w40 in the winter and 20w50 for the summer.

Yes, change your oil! 5w- 20 does not cut it here.

Sorry I typed 5w20 when I actually meant 20w50 for the summer. Corrected my post.
