A chipmunk nested in my heater fan and caused some damage. I cleaned it but it keeps coming back, I would like to know is where is the intake for the air circulating in the vent system. I keep looking but am at a loss as to where it is.

I would imagine it is in the cowl. That area below the windshield and wiper resting points.
