I do not believe you can buy those because it is part of the whole quarter panel. You would need a body shop to custom make them for you.

 

Panspeed makes a rear overfender that is wider by about 0.5" in the rear, however that is not the fender used on those cars. Those cars have (AFAIK) custom work. There is a group buy from JapanParts on the Panspeed fenders in their Vendor forum section.

 

The Grand Am RX-8's are totally custom built cars on tube frame chassis. They share very little with a street RX-8, just lights, mirrors, dash pieces, etc.
