I've thought, for a long time, that Mazda should have put a rotory in the miata. Think about it, less wieght, higher revs. DOesnt that just cream miata?

He's commonly known as the "father of the Miata", and stays in contact with the head of the NC Miata development project. I agree that it would be a fantastic car, but I've long since given up hope after hearing Bwob shoot the idea down. The Miata was white, it had a TurboII rotary engine, about 270hp, depending on boost. It was not an easy swap as far as I remember.. Hard to fit the engine, tranny, driveshaft and rear axles. |
