Only one belt. Looks like for a waterpump and the alt. But wheres the AC and PS?

ps is dirctly driven by an electric motor right to the rack. no belt necessary:D

Looking at the pic deeper, there is definitly a grove on the crank pulley for another belt. Is this second belt only for the A/C?
