View Full Version : 18x9.5 +45 Enkei RPF1 w/ 275/35/18 RT615 + TPMS
tiltmode43 03-31-2009, 05:15 AM This setup needs little introduction. One pair of tires has tons of meat left (pictured) whereas the other pair is at the wear bars. My lack of time caused me to never rotate the tires, quite foolish in retrospect.
No bends, cracks, etc! Some marks from mounting tires but nothing drastic. Yes, I did spray down the wheels just before pics, you can even see some leftover brake dust - it is not paint damage.
The wheels are located in the 818 area code of southern california but I'm willing to meet up as far South as San Diego and as far north as Ventura area.
Asking price for wheels + tires + 4 TPMS installed is $1050
I will ship, demount tires, and take TPMS out but all at the buyer's cost.

That smudge on the tire was some sort of plant that I ran over just before taking the wheels off, not some weird wear on the tire
~I am in no super need of cash and may entertain partial trades as well~
WhiteSnowflake8 03-31-2009, 01:49 PM good deal!
RawrX8 03-31-2009, 01:54 PM Keeping it TTT for a amazing deal.
RenesisX-8 03-31-2009, 02:36 PM I've got some "limited color" Work VS-XX 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 with practically new BFG G-Force tires, worth a good $2200. Interested in a trade plus $1000???
Just throwing it out there. I love RPF1
tiltmode43 03-31-2009, 03:22 PM If you wanted to work something out for the VS-XX minus the tires I may be interested, shoot me a PM if you want to try and work something out.
Thanks for the <3 guys :)
alexisthemovie 03-31-2009, 09:04 PM bump, nice VS-XX's but i dunno about $2200 lol
dshiznit1489 03-31-2009, 10:06 PM Just throwing this out there.... Straight trade for a set of Silver 5zigen FN01R-c's? One rim is brand new, not even mounted on the car yet. Rear tires are brand new (Falken Ziex ZE-912), they have about 600 miles on them.
18 x 8.5 in the front
18 x 9.5 in the rear
philipchan 03-31-2009, 10:29 PM how much will it be without the TPMS and tires??
RenesisX-8 04-01-2009, 12:16 AM bump, nice VS-XX's but i dunno about $2200 lol
Just an FYI for you. The Work VS-XX is a wheel that has to be ordered from Japan if you want a fitment. These wheels cost $760 a piece NOT including shipping. Mine are a limited edition "rare" set and probably less than a dozen exist in this color in the US. I have a good $4200 tied up into these wheels and tires. Plus a wait on recieving them. You can't buy these anymore. I was going out on a limb even offering these up for the RPF1's, but I want to get some track time in this season. I am definately having second thoughts about letting these go. Oh, and another thing, is that the VS-XX is a true 3-piece wheel and wider lips are available, to increase the rim width... future plans for mine.
Now we know LOL :)
tiltmode43 04-01-2009, 04:27 AM RenesisX-8 - lets not let this get too off topic - Alex will give one fair response to your post and lets leave any *potential* argument at that.
Polak - Sorry man, can't make it happen for the FN01's, I appreciate the offer though!
Guys I'm working on different package pricing (w/ or w/o TPMS/tires/Etc) but I will tell you the package deal will most likely be the cheapest! Thanks for the replies and PMs, If I haven't gotten back to you yet I will soon!

No need to school me on wheels... you paid about twice as much as you should have. Your color isn't "limited edition". You can order them in any color you want, it's just an extra option, and yes you can still buy them despite what you may have been told.
Again, nice wheels, just had to set some facts straight.
Back on topic!

:) Glad to be back on topic.
Free bump for some nice Enkeis AT A STEAL!
bigireland 04-02-2009, 06:04 PM Tilt, I am currently deployed in Iraq for the next 5 months. If you are in no desperate need of cash, could we work out some sort of paypal lay-a-way plan? If not, then I can most likely get the scratch together by the end of the month..
*Edit* Disregard that lay-a-way junk, I can have the loot in a matter of days. If no one else has dibs, I want em. Just let me know the shipped cost as is, with tires. I just have to go to my finance office and have money transferred. (piggy bank squeals in mortal fear)
djcharlee 04-04-2009, 02:17 AM I have a S-Tech 1.8" drop will this be a problem with this setup?
TopGear8 04-04-2009, 02:43 AM ^Nope not at all. I have these same wheels in black, and dropped it over 2" all around with my colovers and there was no rubbing at all.
djcharlee 04-04-2009, 03:42 AM WOW... i am interested, but will get back to you if still available when I get some $ together.
rotarydrifter 04-05-2009, 11:31 PM Does the + 45 offset sit flush or do the stick out a bit?
trustbuddy 04-06-2009, 12:09 AM wow, i cant believe this is still available...
camthman 04-06-2009, 09:58 AM Does the + 45 offset sit flush or do the stick out a bit?

trustbuddy 04-06-2009, 01:42 PM same question.

sapper1stad 04-06-2009, 01:56 PM Hey! I'm deployed to Iraq too! I've been here for over a year and don't go back until June! Thats all irrelevant though. The point is, do your country a service and sell me your wheels...What kind of tires are those btw, Falken Azenis'?
TopGear8 04-06-2009, 02:04 PM ^Yes they are Falken Azenis RT-615's

srsly, what are you talking about? Read your threads again before you make "clever" comments. I had nothing to do with that blog post - I didn't even want pictures to surface.
You're really showing your ignorance by down-talking those vs-xx.
Yeah dude, I totaled my car and haven't got the hood fixed, thats exactly what happened. Fixed everything else but left the hood at some goofy tilted angle. Happy?
Go post your useless shit elsewhere buddy :)
tiltmode43 04-07-2009, 03:46 AM Sorry if I didn't have a chance to get back to you, though I promised "everyone," oops! lol
I'll update tomorrow with a continental US shipped price for with and without tires!
edit: Local sale pending, locals have priority on this one!
savedsol 04-14-2009, 08:47 AM Still waiting on shipped cost w/ or w/o tires...
turborx8 04-14-2009, 10:32 AM Would you ship to Ottawa, Ontario Canada?
If you give me a decent price on shipping I will take the wheels with tires.
BTW, your PM box is full.
tiltmode43 04-15-2009, 03:35 AM Well, I've been putting off the quotes for a local sale but we met up tonight and he was only able to muster up $900 last minute.
$1000 cash for locals (+ ship/paypal). I'm pretty busy with work and whatnot but will get on the ball with the updates

You will make more money on them if you ship. :)
jetstopi 04-16-2009, 10:55 AM I'm interested, are they still available? I live in Carson, CA. Let me know.
tiltmode43 04-16-2009, 02:48 PM Still available to locals jetstopi, up until I have time to get together some boxes/packages this weekend.
At that point I'll begin to sift through (an overwhelming amount) of PMs or simply give our friend up north a shot (turborx8).
