I just found this thread, which answers a few of my questions:

It appears the MS units are based on Eibach, and from the description probably the Multi-Pro-R1, which is a good thing.

The thread above mentions that the springs are progressive, but the pictures looks linear, which is what the Eibachs use, so I'm hoping for linear.

Probably the most interesting thing mentioned in the thread is the claim that the MS units use custom valving, specified by Mazda. I'd be very curious to know how the MS valving differs from the standard Eibach valving. Is the MS more/less digressive? Do they have more low-speed damping? Etc. And, if I want the MS units rebuilt, who do I send them to?

Fitment is 8.5/10 as quoted from another forum member.

All Hardware is there, brackets are fiberglass I sold the last of the metal ones. The rest of the material is fiberglass.
