Just curious whether anyone else is hoping to get some goodies for their 8s this year. My list is humble: I just want front & rear rotary accents. I am trying to scape enough together for a CZ Stage 1 remap as a present for myself, though. What's everyone else wishing for?

I'm hoping for a low-profile aluminum racing jack. Two would be nice, but I don't think I've been that good this year. :D

Sounds like I am getting the Borla exhaust. I must be loved.

I've dropped hints to the fiancée that I would like F/R rotar accents, red/black shift knob, red/black brake handle, premium floor mats, interior night lights, and possibly a rotar watch :)

We'll see if I've been a good boy this year :)

I gave my wife a list that included:
Front and Rear Rotary Accents
Illuminated Red Leather Shift Knob
Red Leather Front and Rear Console Lids
Exhaust Finishers
Red Leather parking Brake handle
Footwell Lights

I know she got some of it, gotta wait for Xmas so i can find out what and get the rest . ;)

damn, all I wanted is the folding sun shade for the windshield and I probably won't even get that. I'm expecting perhaps jammies. Now RX-8 jammies would be cool, but I'm not sure they make 'em.

Edit: Nope, no sun shade and no jammies neither. Another merry Christmas here. I did get something way better, which was a letter from my son (age 15) telling me how much he appreciates me being his dad. Kinda makes everything worth it. Or maybe he just wants to drive the '8! :D Naah, he's a great kid. Some of you San Diegans met him on our first rally.

How about a black leather jacket to coordinate with my black/red leather interior...that counts here, doesn't it? (I've already gotten a red shirt & black 501's for my December birthay.) :)

Tinted windows for me. Still can't decide if I want 25% or 35% tint.

Either one should look good with the titanium grey.

Or an FC3S. It'd be a like a big brother to the 8. She's lonely as being the only sports car in a family of SUV's...

I'd go with the Greddy Exhaust, the RE intake, Canz Mod, and I would really like some Bass in the trunk maybe a 12 or 2 as long as I can keep some trunk space!!:D

I think my mother is getting me something to do with the car.... She said it was a combined christmas and grad gift. Also, my girlfriend said "Your going to love your mom's christmas present" while we were talking about the car so... I'm guessing it has something to do with my 8. we'll see on the 25th.

I saw my car from the front yesterday and made up my mind to buy the rotary accents. I didn't tell anyone. Then my wife and I went to our friends' house for our annual gift exchange. They got me the front rotary accent. I feel like the kid in "A Christmas Story" who got his Red Rider BB gun!

I want an actual RX-8 for x-mas but since I don't think anyone is going to get me the real thing, I have a 1/18 AutoArt on my list. Guess I will have to get the RX-8 myself.

I got my Titanium Gray 6M with the sport package! Picked it up Monday night just in time for Christmas. The wife gave me the choice of putting the cargo rack on the MPV, or driving the RX8 full of gifts and her driving the van up to the in-laws. That wasn't too hard of a decision. Looks like it's going to be my best Christmas ever, and I get to brake it in too!

My wife got me the rotary accents front and rear, and a set of clear corners for christmas/birthday. My birthday is the 13th. I'm trying to get a set of all weather mats, but they have been on back-order for ever.

I want nice rims... My wife still didnt get over me buying rx8 so I guess wheels have to wait a while, unless she will not notice... meanwhile I got gap boxers...

Do you have a price on the all-weather mats? My dealer quoted me $70 and that is supposed to be their cost unless they're giving me the BS. They said all accessories at cost when I bought the 8.

I looked on Edmunds and if you configure a new car w/ the all-weather mats, it shows the MSRP at $60 and invoice at $45 for those mats. Do they cost that much more if you don't get them with the car?

My youngest son organized for his eldest brother to change my avatar to the one on show now, new year new avatar , its growing on me.ha ha ha

I got footwell lights, front and rear accents and red leather console box covers. I pretty much scored.

I'm going to use the $500 from Mazda to buy the illuminated shifter in red, a red leather parking brake handle and exhaust finishers.

Yeah in an age were people believe that you have to spend big in order to be happy its a great gift from my kids i think they found the avatar cartoon somewhere on the internet.

My greatest gift all year round has always been my wife and my 3 boys.

I dunno what dealer cost is on those mats, but I was getting 20% off and it came out to $58.

I got the best present of all for Christmas....too bad I had to buy it for myself. After more than 2 months of waiting, my Velocity Red GT RX-8 arrived and I picked it up on Christmas Eve. I'm finally an official member of the illustrious RX-8 Club.

I'm thinking of selling my 2nd gen. It's a GXL so no turbo though. I'm probably looking at getting $2k or something for it.
