I'm not exactly sure how this happened. I'm logged in as some dude from Alabama, when I've never even BEEN there. I'm hardcore lurker, unregistered, and I shouldn't be logged in as this guy.

Uh, my roommate's name is Matt, but he's not from AL either.

hhehe... yeah, this board has had some issues with there internet cookies. Just erase your cookies and relogin, it should correct your prob.

If the problem still exists, I have a suggestion.

All you have to do is recode the cookie routine. Of course, first you have to find the bug that causes the problem. I haven't messed with the vB yet and I don't feel like digging out my copy but usually there is a standard on how the cookies are stored.

Like cookie.name=value

Now if you were to recode the routine to use

cookie.name2=value, all "old" cookies would automatically be invalid (in other words, all auto-logins will be reset).

But again, the original fault for this has to be found first or it'll happen again.
