I've had a recurring CEL for about a month now. Its been a large emission leak. I've checked damn near every vacuum line that car has and everything looks/feels connected. And yes I've checked and made sure my gas cap is securely tightened :spank:
Changed my spark plugs and in the higher RPM's my car made a ticking sound. It was gone today but today there's also a CEL. Had it checked and as I guessed it was a large emissions leak. The car itself runs fine but I'd like to find and actually cure this annoying CEL once and for all.
I'm 95% certain its not with the vacuum lines. I would be stunned if it was. Considering an exhaust leak (my car sounds a touch louder but it could all be in my head). Any other ideas please?
