Greetings Fellow Mazda RX-8 Enthusiast;

Congratulations on choosing your new 250 horsepower Mazda RX-8. My name is xxxxxxx, Internet Fleet Manager at xxxxxxx Mazda in xxxxxxxx, Or. I have great news for you! The Internet Fleet dept. has been given the O.K. by Ownership to discount the 2004 Mazda RX-8 for a limited time. The savings allows you to take advantage of the 2004 Mazda RX-8 for only $750 over invoice! This is exclusive to the Internet Fleet dept. Let me know what I can do for you. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.

P.S. Contact me if you have any questions about Incentives or further Rebates that may apply. My information is listed below.

Hey there Zoom! Doing well by the way. I think you should take them up on that 250 HP RX-8, But we all know they won't have one. Fortunately, for the prospective RX-8 buyer, now is the time to buy one. With the initial delays and then the HP issue, most dealers are well stocked with RX-8 6speeds and are accepting very slim deals. Automatics are still in relatively short supply and demand has been strong, so they are holding their value a bit better. From what I've heard, most dealers have cut back on their orders and has made Mazda devert a lot of US production to other countries, so the overstock problem will eventually disappear and prices will start creeping back up. Still haven't heard of any Factory incentives yet, other than possibly a more aggresive lease program next month, but that has not been approved yet.

Well... apart from getting the 250 HP in writing (good riddance!), the $750 over invoce is nothing to write home about. I was able to get my car for about $660 over invoice, and that deal was made back early October. I didn't even have to haggle much... was a piece of cake.
Since then, getting a better deal than that is the norm, as far as I can see it. So the $750 over invoice is an offer for the clueless :D

I don't know man. What can you really get for a lowly, 238HP RX 8? I wonder if I will ever get ANY of the e-mails concerning my pre-order? Never got a one.

some day they will come Haze. when you finally truly give up on them, that's when they will arrive.

Yes, I know that it is true, but when they come, will they be driving Black Marias and carrying a straight jacket?

I got mine for 200 above invoice, then I stuck on the college grad 500 rebate. Fun times for all.
