MA CEL light on wont go away

i have an 04 rx8 with 65000miles and took it in for service for the CEL and they told me the same thing. the dealer said it ran fine except they had to replace the air pump bc of inoperable air pump and they told me they reset the PCM for a factory recall MSP16. when i left the dealership ran fine, got home around 5pm then when i got in to go to the store around 11pm the light came on. could it be the weather... 26-35 here in Mass. any advice for a newby here

Well, it wouldn't be the weather. They Prob thought they fixed it and cleared the codes then it came back on after the drive cycle. Whats the code?

If the dealer already replaced the actual air pump, then it could be either the secondary air injection control valve (just to the right of the pump) or the solenoid for it.
