Ok...so I am the newbie to the Vegas group and realize that the action is limited during these colder months...but would love to meet some local 8 owners.

Yes..I am considering some new add-ons for my 8 and would like to see what you guys have done so far. I got a long way to go as mine is a pretty Base 8 (all I could afford).

Not to mention I am NEW to Vegas as well....been here going on 8 months now.

I am all for a HOOTERS outing as this is been a continous HOT meeting spot in my last city.

I would be interested in maybe Sunday night Dec. 28th around 7PMish or later at the Hooters in Henderson @ Sunset Station or whatever one you guys are familiar with...I am sure you guys will be updating your 8s with the latest Christmas gifts.

ALSO... If this isn't good for anyone.... Anyone got any New Years EVE plans....always a fun night in Vegas from what I hear...and it would be cool to have some 8s to cruise around with and bring in a New Year. I do have to work on the 31st till 7PM but after that....no plans. Any other ideas or suggestions let me know.

Again... I realize we have no cool events going on here until Spring sometime, but it would be cool to have a decent amount of us organized by then.

Give me a date and i'll be there.

It's hard to get meets going when it's really cold outside here in the valley. I started the suby revolution here, and we had a ton of cars show up, but when it got cold out, people just stayed home all bundled up.

I'm on the SE side of town, and down for a quick meet or a bite somewhere ;)

Maybe even a quick GTG this weekend?

I'm working with some of the other car clubs to get interest in a springtime "group drive" maybe around the lake or something ;)

I don't think that anything like this has been done in Vegas yet.

Oooh an actual drive?! Too bad we don't have nice roads like SoCal does..

Anyhow, I'm in the far SE part of the valley too...

Maybe HotRod Grill? Hooters in Sunset Station is OK (hooters and all) but I HATE driving around Sunset Rd and Stephanie.. what a PITA.

Oh yah, don't forget to post to roglv.org since there are people there that don't check the forums...

I am all for meeting Sunday night December 28th at the HOOTERS in Sunset Station...say around 8ish PM is that works for everyone...nothing big just hang out...take in the sites and grab some food.

I would be all for meeting this weekend...but I got family coming in town on Sunday....unless you wanted to try for after 8pm on this Saturday...
